I do not know how people work.
I always anticipate a problem first and then plan for it and execute it.
Your subordinates can be so dumb and callous that its really requires a great monitoring to see things through.
At the higher level I am realising that the responsibility is more.
always have a Plan A and Plan B also Plan C
oversee the problem and take steps to handle in case of crises.
Personally oversee it and dont depend on any1
remember its your victory or failure
